Guardian is proud to announce the acquisition of Ladd Tower, a 332-unit, LEED Gold-certified residential high-rise in downtown Portland, completed in partnership with PCCP.

This investment reflects our continued conviction in Portland’s urban core and our long-term strategy of acquiring institutional-quality multifamily assets at compelling bases with clear operational upside.

Over the next three years, Guardian plans to invest approximately $8 million in strategic capital improvements to modernize interior units and enhance amenity spaces, positioning the asset for long-term performance and resident demand.
