Falcon Feathers is a speedy 3 minute AMRAP that starts 2 minutes directly after the conclusion of WOD 3.
Only one athlete jumps at a time.
Once an athlete trips up or misses a jump the next athlete must take over. Team member must continue to work through all 3 athletes in a row.
Score = total jumps at the end of the 3 minute AMRAP
Pro-Tip: work on your transitions between teammates
