I’ll be teaching a Mom Strength class on Wed February 21st that’s safe for all stages of pregnancy and beyond. Think of it as a fun way for us moms to connect while getting some self-care time in.
The class is super casual, no equipment needed besides a yoga mat (the swap has some too) and consist of stretching and strengthening. We’ll have some time for questions and I can share common complaints I see in practice and modifications I suggest.
