Beautiful pink Himalayan sea salt mixed with Epsom salt in my beautiful apothecary jar in my bathroom - for a wonderful centering and soaking time. Epsom salt otherwise known as magnesium sulfate adds back in the natural minerals that we need for our body to function properly in all kinds of ways. Our skin is the biggest organ on our body, and it absorbs these special properties right through our skin in bath water - the same as our skin will absorb anything else that we put ON it (as if we ingested it) so be mindful of what you not only put on your skin, but what you bathe in!
