Ripe Fig Farm

Our leghorn Colonel Pearl suffered a head injury from a raccoon attack 2.5 weeks ago in broad daylight and has been in quarantine triage ever since. This is her first time outside since the attack. We were really unsure she would survive but on the following day she was drinking on her own and started eating raw egg we gave her and she has improved every single day. She just ate a berry and is now looking for scratch on the ground. Such great progress!
