Nearing completion, Cedar Commons is a mixed-use development in Medford, Oregon designed to architecturally blend with the neighboring single-family residential community. 110 residential units spread across five buildings are designed with generous living space and individual amenities in addition to a community clubhouse with pool, spa, as well as fitness and community rooms.
Ground floor commercial space will be the first to provide services and social gathering spaces for the neighborhood including dining and entertainment options.
