Studio C worked closely with Coos County and the Oregon State Courts to design this new courtroom and associated chambers, offices and jury deliberation room with modern refinements to the traditional aesthetic of the United States courtrooms.

The newest location of the Old Spaghetti Factory is complete and ready to visit! Studio C helped OSF with the design and permitting for this beautiful new space in Oklahoma City’s historic Bricktown district, overlooking Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Converted from an existing restaurant, this two-story environment has a unique bar on each level, private banquet spaces, the quintessential trolley room and the classic OSF aesthetic adorning every area.

Deskins Commons is a 56-unit affordable workforce and special needs housing project in Newberg, Oregon. Designed by Studio C for the Housing Authority of Yamhill County, the site was re-zoned to provide seven new residential buildings respectfully placed among several heritage oak trees in the established residential neighborhood. In addition, the original historical farmhouse was saved and rehabilitated to act as the site's residential service and community center.

Valiant Oaks is an affordable housing project Studio C developed for Neighborworks Umpqua. Designed to primarily house senior and disabled residents, this building integrates levels of community spaces that cater to both independent living and public gathering. Our goal is to promote healthy, active living among residents while minimizing isolation and fostering a safe, secure environment.
