Join Rumore Forte Soundbaths for a deeply relaxing spring soundbath experience designed to quiet the mind and release physical tension. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, this session will transport you to peaceful forest clearings and serene mountain lakes through the healing power of sound.
Moira, trained at LA’s acclaimed Soundbath Center, creates a sanctuary of sound using a handcrafted 36” German gong, crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a coast drum. Simply lie back comfortably as waves of therapeutic sound wash over you, guiding you into a restorative state between wakefulness and sleep.
Participants often experience a quieter mind, deep physical relaxation, enhanced clarity, and improved sleep following the session. No prior experience necessary — just come as you are and let the sounds of summer guide you to a place of natural calm and restoration.
Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, creative inspiration, or simply a peaceful hour away from daily demands. Please bring comfy clothes, a pillow, a blanket, and an open mind. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Celebrate the solstice by immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, himalayan singing bowls, gongs & chimes.
The solstice is a time of great light, warmth and joy. We will tap into the energy of the solstice through a guided meditation, a special sound bath, followed by the creation of a blessing bowl in honor of the solstice.
Bring herbs, or edible flowers to contribute to the bowl. We will fill it with water, intentions, blessings, and each person will take home a container.
Cynthia is a Mystic, Reiki Master, and Sound Therapist who has been practicing since 2018. She is the founder of Wisdom Tree Healing Arts School of Sound and Energy Medicine, and where she teaches sound therapy, reiki, and tarot.
