It's still catching season. Puget sound report - 9/18, Marine area 10, just outside of Shilshole in 120 feet of water, downrigger running Brown Dog Fishing 4 inch Wounded Minnow hard-bait. This one was caught on the eye-breaker pattern (chartreuse and purple).

Run your lines 35 to 50 feet deep. When running 4 inch Wounded Minnows, , troll with the tide 2.5 knots to 3 knots. I like to rig with two barbless hooks and run a piece of salted herring strip to speed up the bite.
