Productive day today. Diagnosed and rectified issues with three tow trucks for our customer today. Replaced an alternator and battery in one truck. Addressed faulty strobe and safety lights in another truck by diagnosing and resolving the underlying electrical issue promptly. The third truck presented EVAP DTCs, which were successfully rectified and cleared. Notably, all three trucks were restored to operational status within a three-hour timeframe, ensuring seamless handover to the night shift.
The Linkbelt 135 is now up and running after getting an engine transplant, injector pump rebuild, injectors replaced and all new clean fluids. Ready to finally lower the counterweight in place and she’s Weill get right back to digging and moving wood. Proud to be able to get this project done for this customer. It went from a hole in the side of the block, to a full transplant from a donor machine to this one now fulling up and running.
