“Be curious, and ask ALL of the questions. Never underestimate the time you get to spend in the field. The best lessons I have ever learned came from operators, maintenance and instrument technicians, and others who work their way through the ranks after starting off as truck loaders. Always listen carefully to those that have spent decades in the industry and never assume you know everything.

You will never feel completely ready to take on a difficult task or an assignment you feel unfamiliar with. Not only are these some of the greatest learning opportunities, these opportunities are where some of your greatest career and personal growth comes from. Embrace the challenges and you may surprise yourself, and your colleagues, what you are capable of."

Dhruvi Patel, Electrical Engineer, Ph. D., shared the following:
"To build the future, you need two tools: the curiosity to ask 'why' and the confidence to build 'how.'
