Writing, preaching, and pastoring has taken me so many places I never imagined it would—across the country and the world, to arenas, prisons, and everything in between. But, I’ve always had a sneaking suspicion that the greatest gift in all of it is the people you get to know deepest and run alongside. is one in a small handful of friends I’ve had the joy of sharing more than ministry with but life—family and friendship, laughter and tears, and so, so many memories moving and comical alike. I can’t wait to make another memory together in a beautiful evening of poetry and prayer, scripture and song in the city of angels on April 23. Come on out and make one with us, LA

I've been dreaming up something really special for the After Amen book release, and it's not your typical book tour. I'm hitting six cities alongside for a liturgical worship gathering that takes you inside the heart of this book.
We're calling it After Amen: An Evening of Poetry & Prayer. Beauty, prayer, poetry, and song are woven through the seven signs of John's gospel. I'd love to see you there.
