Another studio day down and even closer to finishing this damn album. Zach and I finished tracking some guitar today and Sam came by to lend some of his sultry backing vocals. Starting to feel like this thing might actually be real soon, and yeah… it’s looking like it’ll be a double LP

Mind” launches a frontal message against blind nationalism and authoritarian rhetoric. In this song, irony is the main weapon. The song builds a narrator who embodies the most radicalized discourse to exhibit his absurdity. Instead of softening the message, they exaggerate it until it hurts, forcing the listener to confront the contradiction. The closing - “It’s time for us to all die out” - sounds desperate, almost apocalyptic, and leaves a feeling of bitter catharsis. The role is energetic and forceful. Vibrant guitars hold a powerful sound wall, while the rhythmic bass pushes with constant intensity. Vocally, it stands out for its bright tones and a power that transmits urgency. That combination of melodic hook with controlled aggressiveness makes the song keep you hooked from start to finish”
