Much of my youth engagement work began with a box of games posted up in a library. It was clear how important the space was for young people to explore their world through stories.

I'm excited to begin my next painting project! Currently, I am fixing my 3D printer so that I can show my (very messy) process from 3D modeling to a painted finished product.

I have never been very crafty or artsy so this journey has been daunting. Failing is a key component of the learning process but I feel like at each step I am not meeting expectations. Much of the way I support others is to reframe what their expectations actually are for a project. For this winter, I am defining success as
1) Spending at least 2 hours a week practicing a different technique
2) Fixing my 3D printer
3) Use a miniature I paint in n IRL game!
