So we just changed the menu but more importantly we are having an election in Turkey on Sunday. So here is what I will do for my portion. What we got in here from new menu ?
Havuc tarator, Cevizli ezme, Atom meze, Sicak ot, Irmik helva..

We got the inspiration mostly from Izmir when we create the menu and pretty happy about it. Now we got carrots, shrimps, collard greens -Kale, Labne with sun dried peppers, semolina halva, yogurt marinated chicken, Fish cakes, Fava with lemon infused red onions.. Seriously it is a pleasure to prep our food. We enjoy making those dishes
