The Recovery Gym

Having access to high quality nutritious foods at any stage of life is important. Especially in early recovery as we rebuild our lives or after we come in the gym and work hard. Our very foundation is built on nutrition.

We are very thankful to announce an amazing partnership with CI lifestyle meals where they will be donating meals to us weekly. They will be meal preps that you can take home, so starting on Monday 02/23/2026 there will be food ready & available for you.

We just ask that you have a staff member help you and we will send 2-3 meals home with you. This is a great opportunity for all of us to take a look at our nutrition habits and see how we can improve.

If you end up wanting to buy more food on your own I’ll also post a link to their website where you can receive 15% off any food purchases and have them delivered to the PDX gym.
