Please excuse me while I brag about my friend and his amazing Co***ne Bear cocktail for a moment. I have been yapping about this drink to everyone all summer, so I can’t get any further into fall without yapping about it to you all 🙃

Co***ne Bear is AJ’s take on the parmesan espresso martini that went viral this summer, and it’s made up of Titos vodka, Mozart white chocolate liqueur, Giffard Vanille de Madagascar, Kahlua, cold brew, and egg white, with parmesan cheese on the side.

Let me unpack all the ways in which I am in awe of this drink. First of all, I absolutely loved the parmesan espresso martini when I made it at home, and this elevated version was on POINT. Second of all, the garnish is HILARIOUS. Third of all, not only does the garnish crack me up, it’s also so practical! If you gave every guest the same amount of parmesan cheese on their espresso martini, it’s not going to work–everyone is going to want different amounts with such an weird ingredient, and having the bartender do it like Olive Garden/"tell me when" wouldn’t work either …but by serving it on the side, you get a great garnish and happy guests so everyone can apply their desired amounts of parmesan. GENIUS.

And to top it all off, the entire summer cocktail menu at had a summer blockbuster theme (the Barbie cocktail was also a stunner 😍😍). Sadly for you, this drink probably isn’t on the menu at Whiskey Barrel Lounge in Happy Valley anymore since it is now autumn and I am way late in posting this, but if you pay WBL a visit you will not be disappointed–AJ always has a ridiculous amount of wonderfully creative drinks on the menu at all times (swipe to see more of them)!!
