Let's be honest — when you started your business, "figure out the tech as we go" was a totally reasonable plan.
But somewhere between hiring your 10th employee, dealing with a Microsoft password crisis at 8am, and realizing nobody actually knows where the client files are backed up… it stopped working.
And the thing is, you probably know something feels off. You're just not sure what it is — or how bad it actually is.
That's the dangerous part.
If one or more of these top 3 signs made you stop and say, "Yep--that's us!"--you are overdue for a real conversation.
Our IT Health Check is a free call with Jordan who will look at your actual setup, tell you what's working, what's not, and what could genuinely put your business at risk.
No tech jargon. No scare tactics. No judgment.

A business owner once told us, “We’ve never had a security issue.”
And they hadn’t.
But when we looked closer, their passwords were saved in browsers across the team. A few were reused. 2FA was turned on for some accounts, not all. Access was removed when people left… mostly.
Nothing had gone wrong....
..yet.
But that’s the tricky part about cybersecurity--you don’t feel the gap until it’s tested.
A few weeks later, one employee clicked a convincing phishing email. The login worked in more than one place.
It wasn’t catastrophic, but it was disruptive enough to pull the team off course. People were locked out of systems, client communication slowed down, and leadership had to shift from growth mode to cleanup mode.
The fix, in the end, wasn’t complicated. It came down to putting structure in place: unique passwords across the board, a proper password manager to control access, consistent 2FA, and clear offboarding processes. Nothing dramatic. Just disciplined systems.
That’s the part most business owners miss.
Cybersecurity isn’t an IT 'preference.'
It’s a leadership standard — not because something has already gone wrong, but because you’re building something worth protecting.
