We are going to start a weekly bread program from the truck. Currently working out a schedule currently that works for everyone. There will be full loaves and these smaller pan loaves. All masa madre slow risen tastiness. Do you rather have bread for the week or for the weekend? Or like us be buried in sourdough everyday…dm us if interested and we will fire this program up asap.

We talk a lot about ourselves on here. It’s something I find very challenging in many different aspects. SO I’m going to make a point to highlight other local businesses that I support. First is these folx are the best. A shop ran by great people who truly love percussion and want to spread the gospel of the drum. Whether I just need a pair of sticks, a full snare rebuild, or just want to stop to chat and play some different kits they are there. Thanks y’all. Sorbu loves you.

What can I say I love fried fish and mayo. It works every time. Fried Oregon rock fish, olive mayo, shredded escarole & red onion tossed in anchovy vinaigrette. Pretty tasty.
