As we grow older it’s natural that we start to have some problems with our vision… 😩

There’s plenty of simple, easy to follow dietary changes we can make to help keep our eyes healthy and in good shape:

🍉 Get your 5-a-Day. Eat lots of veg, fruit, nuts and seeds to keep your body fully stocked with nutrients and antioxidants.

☕ Watch what you drink. Herbal teas and water can really help, but things like caffeine and alcohol only make things worse.

🍟 Reduce sugars and refined carbs, especially highly processed ones like chips, cookies and french fries.

On top of this some people have also had some success with different natural supplements.
