Over the past year I have found myself watching some things that I never thought I would watch… I used to tease my friends for watching other people play video games on their twitch accounts, etc.
…but recently designing a board game, I find myself actually watching board game play through a!! Either as a way to know whether it’s a game I would like… Or in some cases, because the people playing those games are hilarious. with all of that being said, I am linking this post to a video that Cole and I made yesterday playing the Adventures of Dex Dixon game on tabletop simulator: a virtual board game space. It is a little long, obviously because it’s being played virtually, but I thought I would just share some of the insights of what it is to be a game designer now. And also to see how good it looks on a virtual table. Check it out and let me know your thoughts!!
