I had the pleasure of touring the newest and most luxurious residences in the Pacific North West a few weeks ago. In the comments section below is a link to a video I created of my tour.

Despite the lack of inventory, there are still a lot of opportunities in today's market and this home that my buyer clients purchased today is a perfect example of this.

Homes that are perfect and move-in-ready are still selling very quickly. However properties that need some updates are taking longer to sell and have more room for negotiations.
