When a client begins to move differently in the world, you can feel it. Their language shifts. Their confidence steadies. Their choices start lining up with who they are instead of who they think they’re “supposed” to be.
But when that change is visible not just to them—but to the people who lead them? That’s where coaching becomes catalytic.
This testimonial wasn’t written by my client. It came from her manager—a senior executive who saw her potential, invested in it, and then watched her step into it.
He saw her clarify her role. Strengthen her communication. Navigate executive-level conversations with more composure and authority. He saw the ripple effects: better relationships, clearer decision-making, and a leader beginning to trust her own voice.
That’s the quiet power of coaching sponsorship: someone in the system saying, “I believe in you enough to give you structure, space, and support to grow.”
Leaders, when you invest in your people this way, you’re not just developing skills. You’re unlocking capacity—confidence, clarity, and the kind of leadership presence that expands what’s possible for the entire team.
And for anyone wondering if coaching is “worth it”?
Sometimes the answer is best seen through the eyes of someone who’s watched their employee rise.
If you’re a leader who wants to help your people stretch into their next chapter—or if you’re wondering whether coaching could be the right accelerator for someone on your team—DM me or set aside time on my calendar at https://citizenandseeker.com

There’s something almost electric about working on your goals with other people who are working on theirs. Progress gets contagious. Courage rubs off. You remember you’re not meant to do the big, stretchy things alone.
That’s the spirit behind SHIFT: From Spark to Stride in 12 Weeks—my new group coaching experience at CiTiZEN+SEEKER Coaching built for people who want 2026 to feel less like “I swear I’ll get to it” and more like “we’re doing this.”
Two cohorts start January 12th, and they’re intentionally small so you actually get to know the humans you’re growing alongside. Bring a friend, a colleague, a fellow dreamer—someone you’d love to trade momentum with. Think of it as a pact to stop cheering each other on from the sidelines and actually get in motion together.
Find alllll the details at https://citizenandseeker.com/groupcoaching, and earlybird pricing is live! (Use code SPARKSTART for $100 off when you register by November 30th!)
If someone leaps to mind—the one who always says “this is my year” with a spark in their eye—tag them or share this with them. A little collaborative momentum goes a long way!

As a coach, I sit with people navigating uncertainty all the time.
And here’s one thing I know:
Autocracy thrives when people cave to unhelpful beliefs:
👎 That they don’t matter.
👎 That the machinery is too big.
👎 That nothing they do makes a dent.
This you? Feeling powerless?
➡️ If you’re 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱... Dispute these unhelpful beliefs—consider who benefits from your quiet.
➡️ If you are feeling 𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱... Good. Pay attention to what it’s telling you—what you feel in your gut (the place of self-authority), how you’re feeling, and what your inner compass knows deep down. Take the next step.
➡️ If you’re feeling 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱... Don’t stop there. Stay curious. Take the tiniest next step to get some insight—or some traction.
Dissent is not disloyalty.
It’s agency (and democracy) in motion.

We are in relationship—with ourselves, with each other, and with the world. From our inner monologues to our workplaces to our public policies. Humanity depends on positive action for the whole. Visualize hope and take action.
Your voice—yes, yours—is a safeguard. Use it.
Need a thought partner? Some accountability in taking the next step? I’m here for that. DM me—let’s chat.

New Year’s resolutions fail without these two things.
Action and self-compassion.
We’ve all got that thing we’ve been “meaning to get to.” The task that sits quietly in the back of your mind, waiting for the perfect moment. (Spoiler: it’s never coming.)
So, here’s your nudge: do one thing today. Just one. Not because it’s January, but because it feels really good to stop thinking about something and start doing it.
Send the text. Clear the corner of your desk. Take a five-minute walk. Small steps still count. Small steps always count.
You don’t need a big plan or the right vibe. You just need to start. Because action—even messy, imperfect action—beats waiting for motivation every time.
This post is my action. And now it's your turn: What’s one thing you’re doing to start today? Share it below and let’s celebrate the little wins.
