I been going for 24 hours!! From moving the honey with a (sanatized) shovel and mixing it down to bartending then right back to brewing again, Whew! This years Lemon Ginger Sage mead(s) is gonna be amazing! Many many improvements this year and a double batch has been batched!

1000 pounds of Organic lemons were received March 25th, the day after pops birthday jam. Hand cut and juiced steadily one half at a time! My pops cut some lemons for me!! 🥰 Soo much thank youse to my partner Marj, who mandolin’d and juiced all of the Boxes! of ginger - held me down so I could all day all night juice, mix and brew this magical medicinal brew! Many thanks as well to everyone who helped form the process - Michael “The Don” Henrickson levelled up the ginger flavor by suggesting a mandolin. Landon Neeff picking up the lemons and going on nettle missions for future brews and supporting the movement. And everyone else who has been a positive light in this grueling process. Love yall!
