Join the Lagers 101 workshop to explore this family of beers, the process, malt and hops that make them unique. Gain some beer cred by describing what exactly you enjoy about a nice, cold lager.

By the end of this workshop you'll be able to:

- Identify common lager aromas and flavors
- Describe the flavors you enjoy in a lager

Beer: Dead Blow⁠
Style: Tropical Stout, brewed with dates⁠

Notes: ⁠
- Dark brown, tan head⁠
- Aroma: very fruity, caramel, molasses, stone fruit⁠
- Flavor: toasted, almost burnt bread, fruity (dates), boozy, licorice⁠
- Low carbonation, medium bitterness, medium body⁠
