I’m having a fun time with avocado toast lately. I’ve been using Wasa crisps instead of toast. For a couple weeks I added salsa verde, pickled jalepeño and tajin. Now I’m into kimchi + cukes + peanuts and gochujang. 🔥😋🤤

Have you ever had those Mamma Chia pouches? They're a chia seed/fruit puree drink in disposable pouches. They taste amazing and are packed with nutrition because of those little wonder-seeds. Well, they're also expensive and go right in the landfill when you're done with them so I made some at home. It takes maybe 5 minutes and they're great for the summer.
