After a (too long) hiatus of making posts and sauces due to vacations and preparing plenty of pepper plants for this summer Public Offender is back with a bunch of sauces. All sauces are still $8 besides the One Year Ferment which is $12. We can arrange local pickup or can ship with additional S+H added. Just shoot us a DM and let’s get you some sauces!

Roasted Garlic: Roasted Garlic, Shallot, Turmeric, Carrot, and Red Ghost Pepper.

Mango Ginger: Mango, Ginger, Shallot, Garlic, and Giant Yellow Scorpions.

Pineapple: Plenty of fresh pineapple, Yellow 7 Pot Peppers, Orange Bell Peppers, Ginger, and Shallots.

One Year Ferment with Peach, Nectarine, and Apricot: An assortment of Medium to Super Hot Peppers (Brainstrain, Chocolate Bhutlah, Sugar Rush Peach, Aji Pineapple, Hurtberry, Big Momma Mustard, and Red Ghost Scorpion) that were fermented with Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Lemons, and Ginger for a full year. This was then blended with TONS of White Peaches, Yellow Nectarines, and Aprictos. THIS SAUCE IS HOT AF.

Fermented Heirloom Tomato: Heirloom Tomatoes, Red Ghost Scorpion Peppers, Aji Fantasy Peppers, Onion, Curry, and Garlic.

Jamaican Jerk: White Carbonero and Chocolate Bhutlah Peppers, Homemade Jerk Seasoning, Green Onion, Cilantro, Plums and Honey.

Fermented Roasted Hatch Chilli: Roasted then Fermented Red and Green Hatch Chillis, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, and Jalapeno.
