JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM AS A CASE MANAGER!!
New Tides is seeking motivated, member-focused Case Managers to join our growing Adult Disability Services Case Management team in South Portland, Maine. The Agency will consider candidates for either full-time or part-time employment (PT comes with the potential to increase hours with a corresponding increase in caseload). We are hiring qualified, driven candidates for more than one position at this time.
A Case Manager must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year institution of higher learning with a specialization in psychology, behavioral health, social work, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, nursing, or a closely related field. They must possess at least a year of experience in the field of social services or similar as noted above.
Must possess a valid State of Maine driver’s license, a violation free driving record, & the use of a personal vehicle is required. This is a hybrid, work from office/work remotely position.
