GOAT is looking for an experienced Paid Media / PPC / Digital Marketing Manager to join our team for a full-time position in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

We are looking for someone who is able to manage their own time, reliable and punctual, attentive to details.

What you’ll do:

- Set up ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Amazon Marketplace). It's okay if you only had experience with Google Ads - we will train you for other tools as well.

- Client reporting (Google Data Studio)
Daily monitoring and optimization

Must have:

- Google Ads experience 2+ years

- 2+ years of relevant experience on similar positions

- Advanced level of English (should be able to communicate with the team and clients, speaking and writing)

- Strong affinity to data analytics, data-driven marketing & CRM strategies

- Strong and proven SEO skills, Google analytics, CRO (Conversion rate optimization)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. We are a fully remote, rapidly growing agency spanning 3 continents, so success on this team requires a positive attitude and a competitive spirit.

Your role is to be highly focused on US market leads: both inbound and outbound. Your primary objective is to secure new qualified meetings, introduce GOAT to new potential clients and sell our digital services. To do this, you will spend your days communicating with potential customers through social media, email (both 1:1 and drip campaigns), phone calls, and video messages.

- Research, identify, and initiate relationships with key decision makers through outbound activities
- Qualify leads from inbound marketing campaigns

- Make 20+ cold-calls to potential clients per day
