I’m so excited to have begun the third arc of Alchemy of Self II — Emanate.

Emanation is not something we do.
It is what naturally occurs when we are aligned, regulated, and resting in Self.

And we are always emanating.

The question is not if we are manifesting—
but from where.

When the nervous system settles…
when parts are unblended and integrated…
when the mind is no longer grasping—

the field responds.

And what we are… radiates.

Emanating from Self is living as Presence.

✧

We don’t create from effort.
We create from being.

And what we are being
shapes what unfolds.

✧

Descent… integration… and return.

This is how I landed in Portugal. 🇵🇹

Closing out 2025 with integration before initiation. ✨

Integration doesn’t require solitude.
Isn’t that the point?

To live embodied, full, and present —
while doing all the doing in the world.

Embodied action is being.
Service is being —
when lived from Presence.

To be in the world,
but not of the world.

As above, so below.
As the universe, so the soul.

Holding the Presence of I AM
while moving through the ordinary moments of life.

Remembering our true nature —
right here, right now, in all we do.

A breath in a parking lot.
A moment of gratitude over iced coffee.
A child’s laughter.
A tender need for closeness.

Witnessing.
Observing.
Being.

Allowing space for what is integrating.
Trusting that what comes next
will arrive in its own time.

All is well.

This marks the completion of the 3-month Alchemy of Self™ mentoring immersion. What unfolded was not a course, but a living process of awakening, embodiment, and remembrance.

I witnessed courage, tenderness, and a deepening into self-led consciousness that can’t be captured in words.

The work continues — quietly, inwardly, deeply, powerfully, and in ways that will reveal themselves over time.

Deep gratitude to every soul who walked this path together. ✨
