**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Person to join our team. As an Advertising Sales Person, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space across various platforms, such as print publications, websites, social media, and other digital channels. You will play a critical role in driving advertising sales growth, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1️⃣ Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities to generate revenue for the organization.

2️⃣ Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

3️⃣ Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing customized solutions to meet their objectives.

4️⃣ Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth client needs analysis and recommend appropriate advertising strategies, platforms, and packages to achieve desired outcomes.

5️⃣ Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including rates, terms, and campaign details, tailored to the client's objectives and budget.

6️⃣ Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing revenue for the organization.

7️⃣ Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and market trends to the management team.

8️⃣ Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless ex*****on and delivery of advertising campaigns.

9️⃣ Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging advertising technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

🔟 Client Servicing: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications:**

1️⃣ Proven Experience: Minimum in advertising sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2️⃣ Strong Sales Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell advertising solutions to diverse clients.

3️⃣ Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of advertising industry trends, digital marketing, and various advertising platforms.

4️⃣ Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with exceptional customer service and client management skills.

5️⃣ Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

6️⃣ Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

7️⃣ Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

8️⃣ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

9️⃣ Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
