Thank you for helping us serve those facing food insecurity. Today was a rainy Portland day. Most people were tucked away trying to stay dry. As we walked by announcing βhot pizza and water friendsβ dozens of smiling and grateful faces emerged to greet us. π±ππ
We choose to spread kindness! We believe kindness is a wave that ripples far and uplifts all. π±ππ If you would like to help support these efforts PayPal@TheGivingWave.
While serving hot pizza provided by we had the pleasure of meeting Dug. Dug is a Veteran. Dug is a Father. Dug is a cancer survivor. Dug is a gunshot survivor. Dug created an award winning business. After divorce, the death of one of his daughters and a fire that turned all of his material possessions to ash, Dug found himself houseless. His statement above reminds us no matter our situation we are all human and deserve to be treated as so.
