How do you envision the peoples resistance continuing under the Biden administration?

PortlandCHRP - Portland Committee for Human Rights in the Philippines is raising funds to provide some basic support for Philippine seafarers, many of whom have been stranded far from home by the COVID-19 crisis with no way to let their families know where they are. Funds will allow us to deliver SIM cards to the seafarers to allow them to contact their families, as well as smaller comfort items to help ease their time stuck in port.
