We’ll be closed on Saturday, July 4th so our team can spend the holiday with their friends and family.

We appreciate all of the support these first few weeks and are incredibly grateful for everyone who has come through our doors, shared a pizza, and had a drink at the bar.

We’ll reopen with our normal hours the following day and look forward to seeing everyone back in for square-cut pizza and cold cocktails.

A neighborhood spot where you can grab a square-cut pie, have a drink or two, and catch the Sox, Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, or whatever game brought you through the door.

We built Proof around the kind of place we wanted to hang out in: great pizza, cold drinks, sports on our TVs, and good company around the table.
