On April 21, I spent the day at the beautiful Oregon Garden Resort with the Leadership Team of Mondelez International, Portland Plant. The focus was on team building and effectively utilizing feedback to improve trust, communication, accountability, and results. And, we had a lot of fun engaging in collaborative activities. Keep on snacking!

Presenting on effectively resolving workplace conflict at the DisruptHR conference was exhilarating, intense, humbling, and fun! WOW! My biggest takeaway was just how supportive all the presenters were with each other! We facilitated a day-long Retreat at The University of Texas Health Sciences Houston! The Retreat included a PRINT Team Building Workshop in the moring and a Team Commitments Workshop in the afternoon. We are honored to have supported such talented and dedicated professionals to improve their communication, teamwork, and leadership.
