We also provide FBI Identity History Checks (IHC) for individuals wanting to know what's out there prior to having their fingerprints ran for an employer. It generally takes 72 hours versus 6 to 8 weeks when a request is directly submitted to the FBI. It's also good so you can see if there is any identity theft, to satisfy a requirement if you want to live/ work/ travel in a foreign country or maybe even look at adopting.

You will need to have a service code from the individuals or groups having you make the appointment. We nor Identogo can give that to you.

Identogo call center handles your appointments and IdentoGo- Porter supplies the actual fingerprinting service. If there are issues with your appointment you will need to call the call center to resolve. Unfortunately, we have no control over these things & cannot set you up an appointment. You must show up with all proper identification, waivers or forms as they aren't supplied in office.
