Adult Training/Nutrition: 1:1 Personal Training twice a week combined with customized diet coaching to get leaner, stronger, and healthier.

Athlete Strength & Conditioning: Designed for High School athletes (male and female) who want to improve their strength, explosiveness, and conditioning levels. These sessions will run in the mornings in small groups (4 or less), and separated by gender. Exact times will be determined based on interest.

Coach Greg has 10 yrs of experience training kids and adults, and holds 2 Nutrition Certifications (specializing in both weight-loss for adults, and weight-gain for athletes)

Do you stick to your diet “perfectly” during the day, but when evening comes, your cravings cause you to go off-the-rails with snacking?

Evening cravings can be reduced if we adjust our meals during the day. For example:

You crave salty things: start adding salt to your meals, snack on pickles.

You crave sugary things: add more fruit to your diet, snack on sugar-free pudding.

You crave fatty/greasy foods: start adding some fat sources like almonds, avocado, and fish to your meals.
