East Chicago Rail Terminal – Rail Terminal Access in East Chicago, IN East Chicago Rail Terminal offers long-term railcar storage, rail to truck and truck to rail transloading, and railcar repair. Our facility has the capacity to store in excess of 200 railcars as well as transload 60 railcars.
