A serious fall can leave you with more questions than answers.

Was it just an accident?
Could it be a personal injury claim?
What if it happened while you were working?
Can workers’ comp and a personal injury claim both apply?

In Florida, the answer depends on where the fall happened, what caused it, who controlled the property, and whether you were working at the time.

Not every fall is a case. Rainwater tracked into a store entrance, for example, can be very difficult to prove as a claim. But falls caused by a leaking cooler, broken flooring, unsafe mats, poor lighting, jobsite debris, or another hazard may deserve a closer look.

This is especially important for workers, delivery drivers, contractors, healthcare workers, and others who may be injured while working on someone else’s property. In some situations, both workers’ compensation and a third-party personal injury claim may need to be evaluated.

At All Injuries Law Firm, our attorneys handle both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases for injured people across Southwest Florida.

A crash between a car and a motorcycle can be terrifying — especially when the motorcycle rider is seriously hurt.

But a serious injury does not automatically mean the driver of the car was at fault.

In Florida, liability depends on the facts: who had the right of way, how the crash happened, whether either driver was speeding or distracted, whether the motorcycle was following too closely, and what the physical evidence shows.

For example, if a driver is hit from behind by a motorcycle, the investigation may look at skid marks, vehicle damage, witness statements, traffic video, phone records, and the crash report before fault is determined.

At All Injuries Law Firm, we help injured people across Southwest Florida understand what really happened after serious car and motorcycle crashes — and we know how stressful it can be when the first story is not the whole story.

Victory for the Injured means asking the right questions, protecting your rights, and helping you move forward with answers.

A small puddle near a drink cooler, freezer case, or refrigerated display may not look like much — until someone slips and gets hurt.

These falls can happen in ordinary places: a garden center checkout area, a dollar store freezer aisle, a grocery store produce section, or a convenience store drink cooler. The important question is often whether the store had reason to know about the water before the fall.

Was the cooler leaking before?
Were employees already using towels, mats, or cones?
Was the puddle cleaned up before anyone took photos?
Was there video showing what happened before the fall?

If you or someone with you slips on water in a store, report it before leaving, take photos of the puddle and the cooler, get witness names, and seek medical care if you are hurt.

At All Injuries Law Firm, we help injured people across Southwest Florida understand what evidence matters after a serious store fall.
