Every year, Mike’s Furniture donates a comfy recliner for Santa to sit in. It might seem like a small thing, but that chair becomes part of the memories—kids climbing up to talk to Santa, parents snapping photos, and everyone smiling a little more because Santa looks relaxed and ready to listen.
