STAIRCASES TO HELL? FOREST SERVICE PERSONNEL SPILL DETAILS OF BIZARRE OCCURRENCES IN REMOTE AREAS OF WA PENINSULA!

On a reddit thread recently, a person claiming to be an experienced Search And Rescue team member shared several strange stories from his career. Not least of which, was the regular occurrence of a mysterious staircase in the middle of the woods. Inexplicably, a finished staircase seemingly from a newly built home was found while searching for missing persons in Washington State forests.

The officer claims that at several different times, on different searches, a free-standing staircase was discovered miles from trails and roads, sometimes complete with new carpeting, as if a recently built home I've been removed all but the staircase.

No one story is strange enough, but then it gets weirder. This week another search and rescue officer posted on the same thread and verified the first officers narrative.. mentioning that he also while being trained as a search and rescue specialist was instructed by his trainer ordered in no uncertain terms not to go nearest their cases climb them sit on them touch them.

These were two different SAR personnel from two different eras both trained by their instructors when entering the profession to be aware of expect, and yet to avoid at all costs these mysterious staircases in the middle of nowhere.
