"Before Burn Boot Camp, I was constantly chasing the next workout program, diet, or fitness fad. Like many moms, life was busy, and it was easy to find reasons to quit when things got hard. I wanted to be healthier, but consistency was always my biggest challenge.
Everything changed when a coworker introduced me to Burn Boot Camp. I signed up for a three-week trial, and honestly, I never looked back.
What has surprised me the most isn’t just the workouts—it’s the people. Burn is so much more than a group fitness gym. I found a community of women who are walking through many of the same seasons of life, striving to be healthier, stronger, and better for themselves and their families. The friendships I’ve built here have become one of the most valuable parts of my journey.
Physically, the biggest change I’ve seen is my strength. When I first started, I automatically reached for 10-15 pound weights because they felt comfortable and safe. Two years later, I’m lifting weights heavier than I ever imagined possible—and doing it with confidence. I’ve gained muscle, strength, and a belief in myself that extends far beyond the gym floor.
The impact on my life outside of Burn has been incredible. As a mom of three, our family lives a busy and active lifestyle. Burn has given me the energy, endurance, and strength to keep up with my kids and fully enjoy the activities we do together. The healthy habits I’ve built through Burn have carried into every area of my life.
What makes the Burn community different is the support. You’re surrounded by women who encourage you, celebrate your wins, and push you to become the best version of yourself. It’s a community I didn’t even know I needed until I found it.
To anyone who’s thinking about trying Burn Boot Camp but feels nervous, my advice is simple: just do it. I promise you won’t regret it. The hardest part is walking through the door that first time.
If I could go back and talk to myself the day before my first camp, I’d say this: It’s not going to be easy—especially if your first camp happens to be a conditioning day—but it is absolutely going to be worth it. Keep showing up. Trust the process. The strength, confidence, friendships, and community waiting for you on the other side are greater than you can imagine."
