United Commercial Services (UCS) is looking for a skilled Move-out Cleaner. Move-out cleaning is an integral part of the structure of our company. Candidates should have experience with cleaning apartments/homes after move-out. Must be reliable and skilled as well as possess great attention to detail in completing duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities include:
- Use effective time management skills to complete scheduled jobs
- Provide reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Extreme attention to detail and integrity
- Reaching to clean high areas, such as fans & light fixtures
- Communicate effectively with UCS teammates and on-site clients
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
