Yep - we are back at it. Training is at 5:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday in the Birmingham area. We train in parking garages, parks and both HS athletic fields. Always outside, always hard. These six-week camps are set up as a training program. They’re great for anyone participating in any type of athletic activity at any level. No weights, no boxing. Just straight strength and conditioning work. Hills, pushups, stairs, windsprints... etc. Why? Because it’s the best training available, and no one excels at it more than I do. I’ve been doing this, outside, year round, since 1995. Any pro fighters training for a fight train for free. Any first responders train for free. Embrace the suck! **kpainfearfailure .lazarus
