CCS is completing their final week of the post construction cleaning of the new BJ’s “Market store “ in Delray Beach Fl . This is only the 2nd one built of this type of store . This was 60,000 sq ft and the typical ones are 106,000 sq ft . The team has done an outstanding job ! Next stop Port St. Lucie Fl .

CCS was awarded the post construction cleaning contract for another Ashley Furniture Store new build in St. Augustine Fl. Let’s Roll team .

CCS has been awarded the post construction cleaning contract for phase 1 of the new Riverfront Plaza center ,playground and water pads . This project is located in downtown Jacksonville Florida. right on the St . Johns River . Its exciting to be apart of the revitalization of the downtown riverfront .Let’s roll team !

CCS has been contracted to provide all the construction cleaning (Start to Finish ) services for all BJ’s Wholesale stores in state of Florida . We completed two last year in Jacksonville and Brooksville Fl and on schedule for two this year . We are presently in the last 3 weeks of this one here in Casselberry Fl (just across Orlando). This one is 109,000 sq Ft . The team has done a wonderful job detail clemaimg and staying on schedule .
We have another CCS crew in Delray Beach Fl (near Pompona Beach Fl) getting that job started . It will run for the next 10 weeks . Great job CCS team ,keep up the good work .
