Both positions begin with a 3–6 month training period at our headquarters in Ponder, TX before relocating to their assigned market.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in construction project management. You'll gain hands-on experience working on commercial construction projects, including data centers, while learning from experienced professionals in the industry.

We're looking for motivated individuals who are organized, eager to learn, and excited about growing within the construction industry.
