We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Pompano Beach, FL to join our growing team!

This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Job Purpose: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking phone orders, pulling inventory for walk-in customers, purchasing office and warehouse supplies, and assisting operations manager as needed.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Accept and direct incoming phone calls. - Take phone and walk-in orders.
- Answer emails and eBay messages.
- Purchase materials, supplies and tools for office and warehouse.
- Pull inventory for walk-in customers.
- Assist in shipping department as needed.
- Assist with annual inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Valid Florida Driver's License

Working Conditions:
Occasionally required to work outside of normal working hours. May be required to sit or stand for long periods. Some warehouse work required.

Physical requirements: This job may require the employee to work long hours sometimes without a significant break. Employee may need to pick up packages weighing up to 70lbs (team lifting).

This job requires that employee is able to sit for long periods of time.

This job requires the employee to work at a fast pace on multiple projects.

Compensation and Hiring: This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a competitive starting wage and benefits package.
