Congratulations to Tom Oates for his recent appointment to the Seventeenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC). The JNC interviews and recommends applicants for the bench to fill vacancies by Gubernatorial appointment. With this Tom continues his history of service to the profession of law. He has served previously as President of the Broward County Bar Association and was nominated for this seat on the Commission by the Florida Bar. The term of his appointment runs through July 1, 2024.

Rounding out week 4 of social distancing, we appreciate our clients being so flexible. Under an oak tree or on a tailgate, closings continue. Can't emphasize enough how well my team has performed to keep things moving smoothly. Thank you Angela, Andrea, Caren, Katie, and you too Ken.
