El Bell 230 es un Helicóptero utilitario ligero de diez asientos producido por el fabricante estadounidense Bell Helicopter Textron, producido en Mirabel, Quebec (Canadá). El Bell 230 es un desarrollo del modelo 222 con dos turboejes Allison 250 en lugar de los LTS 101 del 222 más otras mejoras. El primer vuelo de un 230, un 222 convertido, tuvo lugar el 12 de agosto de 1991, y la certificación de Transport Canada se otorgó en marzo de 1992. La primera entrega de un 230 de producción se produjo en noviembre y los clientes podían elegir entre tren de aterrizaje patinado o con ruedas. La producción cesó en 1995.
