As a Counter Sales Representative you will be primarily focused on helping customers with questions, projects and their heavy duty parts needs.

Responsibilities include:
- Operate cash register, computer, catalog systems and process daily paperwork
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
-Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as present professional appearance and conduct.
- Demonstrate knowledge of heavy duty products and their applications (give technical advice, troubleshoot, and help solve customer problems).
- Provide sales support, process customer orders.
- Assist outside sales staff, as needed.
- Participate in all sales meetings and training programs that are made available.
- Perform all other associated tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Bilingual Preferred - Excellent communications skills in English and Spanish
- 2 years’ + experience in the heavy duty truck parts industry
- ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
- Passion for delivering Customer Care
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Motivated to train and learn
- Ability to thrive and have fun in a fast paced retail environment
- Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds.
- Push or pull at least 80 pounds.
- Climb in, out and around equipment.
- Saturday work rotation schedule required.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to perform truck/trailer repair and maintenance work, run diagnostics and work closely with other team members in accordance with factory and industry standards. Responsibilities:

- To inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles by providing oil changes, diagnosing potential mechanical problems, and assisting in vehicle repairs.
- Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings.
- Check fluid levels, front ends, brakes, slack adjusters, air lines, drivelines, u-joints and potential problems.
- Act in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean and environmentally safe facility, monitor the condition of tools and equipment.
- Team oriented, provide outstanding customer service through quality workmanship and long term relationships.

Requirements:

- Candidate MUST have tools!
- Previous experience in Heavy Duty Truck industry
- Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds.
- Push or pull at least 80 pounds.
- Climb in, out and around equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Follow verbal and/or written instructions, provide customer reports.
